Plans for a steeple

Description: The plan for the Baroque-style steeple for the square columnar tower consisted of three variations. The Benedictines, returning to Pannonhalma in 1802, wanted to renovate the simple Baroque steeple atop the north-west tower of the monastery, but the tower was demolished in 1824 before any work was ever done.
