It can be identified as item no. 122 in the auction catalogue of count Viczay collection sold in Pozsony in 1833: Swoboda 2 Stück Landschaften. This means that the painter is the Viennese landscapist Eduard Swoboda who worked in Hungary several times and at several places, and usually painted elegiac pictures in the style of this painting. |  |
